What is a pet sitter?
A pet sitter is a professional pet care specialist who takes care of pets in your home while you’re away. Pet sitters’ number one job is making sure your pet is happy and healthy while you’re away. Pet sitters provide plenty of love and attention to your pet.
What does a pet sitter do while in my home?
While in a client’s home, the pet sitter’s main concern is caring for your pet. Pet sitters will also water your plants and take in your mail, but their top priority is the care of your pet. They are not there to “hang out,” so they will not eat your food, watch your tv, etc.

How do I get started?
Call 651-236-7312 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your free consultation.
What types of pets do you care for?
Although dogs and cats are most common, we do work with any other pet you have at home.
Why do you need two copies of my house keys?
We keep one key for the office and the pet care specialist keeps one key. We do not label keys with your name or address so there is no issue with safety. Although many people do have garage key codes, we ask for copies of keys anyway. This ensures that your pet is taken care of even if there is a power outage. You never know what Minnesota’s weather may throw our way.
How do I schedule services?
We us an online scheduling system to schedule visits for your pets. Once we schedule a free initial consultation, we will give you access to our online scheduling system. You can log on anytime to schedule visits, change your schedule, or cancel visits. It is very convenient and easy to use.
How do I pay for services?
Scheduled services must be paid the Monday of the week the services will occur. If you have an emergency and need your pet cared for, we are more than happy to help out. That would be the only case when we would accept payment on another day of the week. You may pay by credit card, check, or cash. You can pay by credit card when an invoice is emailed to you.
