Payments must be received by Monday before the pet services occur. Pup Culture accepts credit cards, checks, or cash. Payments may be made online or must be mailed.
$30 will be charged for late payments.
Clients must provide two copies of keys at the initial consultation. At the consultation, Pup Culture’s pet care professional will meet with the client and pet. Clients must provide all information requested regarding their pets including: veterinarian name and number, proof of shots, allergies, emergency contacts, special instructions, etc.
First time clients are not charged for first time key pick-up and/or return if the keys are provided to the pet sitter at the initial consultation. After the first use of our service, our key pick-up and return fee is in effect. There is a $10 minimum charge to pick-up and/or return keys.
Last Minute Appointments
$5 surcharge may be added for services scheduled less than 24 hours in advance.
Pup Culture must be notified of a cancellation by 5:00 pm the day before a walk or clients will be charged for service.
Pup Culture must be notified of a cancellation one week before a scheduled pet sit appointment, or 50% of services will be charged.
$10 will be added to services on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
